About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. In article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property" (reworded as follows by the law ZR-247-N of June 23, 2011):

1) to exclude words from Item 3 of part 2", the identification taxpayer number (ITN)";

Part 2 to add 2) with Item 8 of the following content:

"8) in case of legal entities – also number of state registration.";

3) to exclude words from Item 1 of part 3", and in case of legal entities – the copies of the certificate of state registration and the charter of the legal entity approved by competent authority of the legal entity".

Article 2. Declare invalid the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"" of March 19, 2012 ZR-148-N.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of, following official publication, except for Articles 2, which becomes effective since July 27, 2012.
