About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. "About state registration of the rights to property" of April 14, 1999 ZR-295 after part 2 to add article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with new part of the following content:
"In the certificate of the property right (use) acquired for the asset account of contractual investment fund instead of name (name) of the owner, the user of real estate the name of managing relevant investment fund is specified, having mentioned that he is the managing director of this investment fund.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
