About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property" (on April 14, 1999, to add with ZR-295) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"On state registration of the rights to property provisions of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Expatiate on fight against legitimation of income gained in the criminal way, and terrorism financing".".
Article 2. To add article 51 of the Law with the Item "e" of the following content:
"e) In the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About fight against legitimation of income gained in the criminal way, and terrorism financing" to demand from subjects of state registration also other data.".
Article 3. To add the Item of article 52 of the Law with words ", except as specified, the income established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About fight against legitimation gained in the criminal way, and terrorism financing".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the sixtieth day following official publication.
