About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About diplomatic service"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About diplomatic service" ZR-249 of October 24, 2001 (further – the Law):
1) to remove the words "and activities" from the title,

Article 2. Part 1 of article 5 of the Law to remove the word "structural" from the Item "in".
Article 3. Remove the second offer of part 4 of article 8 of the Law.
Article 4 In article 9 of the Law:
Part 1 to add 1) with the third paragraph of the following content:
"Permanent missions of the Republic of Armenia can be created as in the international organizations which member is the Republic of Armenia, and in those international organizations which member the Republic of Armenia is not. Depending on the procedure accepted in the international organization, the representation can have also other name (mission, delegation and so on).".
2) to add Article with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1 The diplomatic representation of the Republic of Armenia in foreign state is the divided division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and is subordinated by the activities and is accountable to it.",
Part 4 to state 3) in the following edition:
"4. Under diplomatic representation of the Republic of Armenia military attaches, in the presence of international treaties - other representations can act. In diplomatic representation of the Republic of Armenia trade and other attaches, representatives of the Republic of Armenia in the specialized international organizations can act.
The attaches and representatives specified in this part act under the common directorship of the head of diplomatic representation of the Republic of Armenia.
