"1-1. Data on quantity of the registered rights to real estate are subject to quarterly publication on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice.".
2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order and its official publication;
2) to take measures for placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abd_rayy B. Zh.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
