"7. The techniques of accomplishment of measurements of emissions of greenhouse gases and flows intended for accomplishment of direct and indirect measurements correspond the existing national standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to international standards.";
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. Static accounting of flows is performed on basis:
1) uses of national standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) developments and approvals of standards of the organizations according to article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 9, 2004 "About technical regulation".";
