About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 6, 42 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 19, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95 "About approval of the Regulations on crediting by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2013 at No. 543/23075 (with changes), the word "crediting" shall be replaced with words "liquidity support".
2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on crediting by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2013 at No. 543/23075 (with changes) which are applied.
3. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for use in work.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this resolution.
