The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, the Art. 1455, No. 85, Art. 2412; 2015, No. 6, the Art. 127, No. 30, the Art. 881, No. 40, the Art. 1218, No. 44, the Art. 1398, No. 59, the Art. 1943, No. 72, the Art. 2368), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.

1. To state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:
"The Ministry of Justice is principal organ in system of the central executive bodies which provides forming and realizes the state legal policy, state policy concerning bankruptcy and use of the digital signature in the field of notariate, the organization of forced execution of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials) (further - accomplishment of decisions), state registration of acts of civil status, state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances, state registration of legal entities, public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity and physical persons entrepreneurs, registration of the charter of territorial community Kiev, state registration of printing mass media and news agencies as subjects of information activities; provides forming and realization of state policy in the field of archiving and clerical work and creation and functioning of the state system of insurance fund of documentation, in the field of execution of criminal penalties.".
