About modification of Standard rules of placement of external advertizing outside settlements
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Standard rules of placement of external advertizing outside settlements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2012 No. 1135 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 93, the Art. 3783), changes which are applied.

1. Third Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Information databank - the automated directory system intended for accumulating of data on the locations of advertizing means, plans of their placement, registration of statements, issue (refusal in issue, renewal, issue of the duplicate, cancellation) permissions to placement of external advertizing outside settlements;".
2. State Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Issue (refusal in issue, renewal, issue of the duplicate, cancellation) permissions is performed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" and "About advertizing" regional public administrations, and in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea - Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.".
3. "Issue" to add Item 5 after the word with words "(renewal, issue of the duplicate, cancellation)".
4. Exclude Item 6.
