About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 5, 2012 No. 368/5

And figure of "Article 8 part seven" to exclude 2) in preamble of the order of the word;

Item 1 to state 3) in the following edition:

"1. Approve Requirements to writing of the name of the legal entity, its separate division, public forming which has no status of the legal entity, except the organization of labor union which are applied.".

Bring in the Requirements concerning writing of the name of the legal entity or his separate division approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 5, 2012 No. 368/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2012 at No. 367/20680, the following changes:
