According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety and technogenic safety in compliance with the current legislation I order third:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash against May 5, 2009 No. 303 "About approval of Rules on ensuring fire safety of objects of mobile (mobile) communication and wireless access", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2009 at No. 482/16498.
2. To department of legal providing Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Gubareva A. N.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
