in Rules of accreditation of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency, approved by the specified order:
in Item 5:
3) to be reworded as follows the subitem:
"3) the documents confirming availability in staff of qualified personnel namely:
for the power auditing organizations accredited in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency on provision of services on carrying out industrial energy audit, and also buildings, structures and constructions - availability in the state at least four power accountants having the certificate of the power accountant in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency;
for the power auditing organizations accredited in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency on provision of services on carrying out energy audit of buildings, structures and constructions - availability in the state at least two power accountants having the certificate of the power accountant in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency.";
4) to exclude the subitem.
