About modification of some Orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 11, 2009, No. 338 "About measures for enhancement of regulatory legal acts of industry of construction" the following changes:
- in Item 3 of the word "The Agency on Construction and Architecture under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "Committee on architecture and construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- in Items 2, of 3, of 5, of 6, of 9, 10 and 11 Plans for enhancement of regulatory legal acts of industry of the construction approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 11, 2009 No. 338, of the word "The Agency on Construction and Architecture under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "Committee on architecture and construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".
2. In the fourth offer of Section 6 of the Development program of production of construction materials during the period till 2015 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 31, 2009 No. 601, of the word "The Agency on Construction and Architecture under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "Committee on architecture and construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".
