About modification of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning the project of upgrade of the Bortnichesky station of sewage treatment
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make to the section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) the following changes:
1. Add item 4 with the subitem 12 of the following content:
"12) goods (except excisable) which are not made in Ukraine or are made, but do not meet the requirements of the project of upgrade of the Bortnichesky station of sewage treatment within project implementation "Reconstruction of constructions of purification of waste sewer waters and construction of processing line on processing and utilization of rainfall of the Bortnichesky station of aeration" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (further - the Project) which are imported for the purpose of project implementation during project implementation.
The procedure and amounts of import of such goods with determination of their codes according to UKT foreign trade activities is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
2. Add with Item 4-2 of the following content:
