About modification of Item 62 of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine

1. Make change to Item 62 of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1998 No. 457 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 11, Art. 548; 2015, to No. 3, the Art. 59), having stated the paragraph third in the following edition:
"For conducting anti-terrorist operation the carriage charge of loads from the stations of origin of Ukrainian Railroad public joint stock company located in the territory where public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers is brought on the stations of destination of Ukrainian Railroad public joint stock company located in other territory of Ukraine.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2015.
