AMENDMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

of December 18, 2015 No. 340

In the article III of the Law No. 36 of the April 9, 2015 on modification and amendments in some legal acts published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015 No. 93, the Art. 134, the letter "l)" is replaced in both cases with the letter "l-1)".

In Item 1 of article I of the Law No. 167 of July 31, 2015 on modification and amendments in the Code of television and radio of the Republic of Moldova No. 260-XVI of the July 27, 2006 published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015 485, are replaced with Art. No. 254-257, in both cases: the letter "x)" – the letter "z)", the letter "y)" – the letter "z-1)", the letter "z)" – the letter "z-2)", the letter "z-1)" – the letter "z-3)", the letter "z-2)" – the letter "z-4)".
