About entering of some amendments and changes into the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget
Based on the item c) h. (1) Art. 133, h. (4), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to Art. 190 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (special release of February 8, 2007 is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova):
1. In appendix No. 1 to the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of March 14 2014, to make changes according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to management of tax methodology, accounting and statistics of the Main state tax authorities publication of this Order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
