Article 1. Add the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia of December 24, 2004 with part 4.1 following of content:
"Part 4.1 Field judicial session in criminal and executive organization
Chapter 22.1. Field judicial session in criminal and executive organization
Article 132.1. The decision on carrying out field judicial session in criminal executive organization
1. About holding field meeting in criminal and executive organization the court passes the decision in the form of the separate act by which are established time, the place of field judicial session, the reason of carrying out field judicial session, line item of court concerning question of carrying out field judicial session opened or closed.
2. For reasons of protection of public order, safety in criminal and executive organization, private life of participants of legal procedure, interests of justice, the court can make the decision on the closed carrying out field judicial session.
3. Judicial session in criminal and executive organization is held not earlier than in 7 days after decision making about its appointment.
Article 132.2. Participation of representatives of the public in the meeting which is taking place in criminal and executive organization
1. Persons wishing to participate in field judicial session in criminal and executive organization to the day before yesterday, the meeting preceding carrying out, according to the procedure, established by part of 1 Article 22 of this Code, address to administration of criminal and executive organization for the purpose of receipt of the right to entrance for participation in judicial session, specifying the telephone number, and also the e-mail address in the statement, in case of availability.
