About modification in the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 20, 2009

Article 1. The second offer of part 4 of Article 115 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia to state in the following edition:

"Decisions of the independent commission on questions of parole from departure of punishment, replacement of unexpired part of punishment with softer type of punishment are not subject to appeal, except as specified contradictions to the law, and also acceptances in defiance of the procedure established by the presidential decree of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
