About modification and amendments in the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia of December 24, 2004 (further - the Code) to add Article 22 with parts 2.1 and 2.2 of the following content:

2.2. Appointments to convicts of persons provided by part 2 of this Article do not influence the number of appointments established by this code provided to convicts.".
