About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About support of small and medium entrepreneurship"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2010 "About support of small and medium entrepreneurship" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 170, 2/1703) the following changes and amendment:
1. In Article 4 part two to replace the word "crediting" with the word "financings".
2. In Article 10:
in part two:
word in paragraph three of "leasing (finance lease)" shall be replaced with words "finance lease (leasing)";
in paragraph four the word "issued" shall be replaced with words "including on the microcredits provided";
word part three in paragraph four of "leasing (finance lease)" shall be replaced with words "finance lease (leasing)";
the fourth after the word of "credits" to add part with words ", including the microcredits,".
3. In Article 11:
the fourth to state the paragraph to part two in the following edition:
