Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 "About carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008., No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, No. 15 of the Art. 383) and of December 2, 2009 No. 1354 "Some questions of activities of National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009., No. 97, Art. 3364; 2010, No. 16, the Art. 736) changes which are applied.

1. Add the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 with No. 777 Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine, that approved by this resolution Procedure for Carrying Out Competitive Selection of Heads of Subjects of Managing of Public Sector of Economy it is not applied to candidate screen (candidates) for position of the chairman of executive body (head) of economic society, more than 50 percent of corporate laws (shares, shares) which belongs to National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine".".
