About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 "About carrying out competitive selection of heads of the state subjects of managing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2266; 2009, No. 22, Art. 701; 2010, No. 25, the Art. 983, No. 37, the Art. 1256, No. 55, the Art. 1870) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 14, 2015 No. 53
1. In the resolution:
The name of the resolution, Items 1 and 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"About carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy";
"1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy which is applied.
2. To provide to subjects of management of objects of state-owned property:
appointments of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy only by results of competitive selection;
reduction of own regulatory legal acts and charters of subjects of managing of public sector of economy in compliance with this resolution.";
And figures "in Items 2 and 3" shall be replaced with words 2) in item 4 of the word also in figure "in Item 2", and words to "Ministry of Economics" - words to "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade".
