Article 1

To exclude 1) regarding 1.1 Articles 69 of the word "and the Law of the Russian Federation of May 29, 1992 No. 2872-1 " about pledge " (further-the Law of the Russian Federation " about pledge ")";

Parts 2 and 3 of Article 74 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. In case of insufficiency at complete partnership, general partnership (partnership in commendam), peasant farm, production cooperative (artel), consumer cooperative, association (union) of property for execution of the requirements containing in the executive document the claim to property of participants of complete partnership, general partnership (partnership in commendam), members of peasant farm, production cooperative (artel), consumer cooperative, association (union) addresses based on court resolution.

3. In case of insufficiency at the debtor of other property for execution of the requirements containing in the executive document collection on the debtor's share in the authorized capital of limited liability company, the debtor's share in the share capital of complete partnership, general partnership (partnership in commendam), the debtor's share in production cooperative (artel) addresses based on court resolution.
