1) regarding 3rd Article 3:

a) add Item 6 with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) the industrial parks intended for creation, technoparks, business incubators, other development of the territories, and also for other purposes provided by this Federal Law including for forming of favorable living environment of the person and society;";

b) recognize Items 13 and 15.1 invalid;

2) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 23.06.2016 No. 221-FZ

3) Articles 6 and 7 to recognize invalid;

4) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 23.06.2016 No. 221-FZ
