1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2015 No. 322 "About provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the credits" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.04.2015, 5/40433; 25.07. 5/40836) to be reworded as follows 2015, it (is applied);
appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2015 No. 355 "About provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the credits" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.05. 2015, 5/40471; 25.07. 5/40836) to be reworded as follows 2015, it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Finance to draw up in accordance with the established procedure guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus taking into account the changes provided in Item 1 of this resolution, having withdrawn in need of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Belarus provided according to resolutions of Council of Ministers of April 23, 2015 No. 322 and of April 28, 2015 No. 355.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
