About entering of amendment into the Family code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the first paragraph of part 2 of article 16 of the Family code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 with the new offer of the following content: "The court has the right to suggest the parties to resolve matrimonial cause, and also about the disputes arising between spouses in case of divorce, conciliation, having explained essence of the last, and also to take steps for conciliation of spouses.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in three months after official publication.
