Article 1. To declare the second paragraph of part 3 of article 30 of the Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia of May 26, 2011 (further – the Code) invalid:
Article 2. From the first and second offers of part 1 of article 108 of the Code, and also from the second and third offers of part 1 of Article 155 to remove the words "also assure seal".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
