About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" concerning impossibility of introduction of amendments to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs according to forgery documents

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31-32, of Art. 263 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1) in Article 19:

in part two:

in paragraph one "photocopy" to exclude the word;

in paragraph four of the word "location and/or" to exclude;

in part three "photocopy" to exclude the word;

the fourth to add part with the offer of the following content: "All submitted documents are stored in registration case";

2) in Article 29:

part one in paragraph three "photocopy" to exclude the word;

part three in paragraph one to exclude the word "photocopy";

Part one of Article 45 to state 3) in the following edition:

"1. Changes in the information about physical person entrepreneur containing in the Unified state register namely: changes concerning name of physical person, the residence, type of activity of physical person entrepreneur, registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer or number and series of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine (or the passport document of the foreigner) who owing to the religious or other beliefs refused adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer and officially notified on it the relevant state bodies and has record in the electronic contactless medium of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine, become effective from the date of their state registration".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
