Item 7 of Article 11 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "The vacation leave granted to the specified military personnel in summertime (summer vacation holiday) is the main leave, and the vacation leave granted in winter time (winter vacation leave) is additional vacation and on account of the main leave is not set off.";
2) in Article 20:
a) to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:
"railway, air, water and automobile (except for taxi) transport in official journeys, in connection with transfer into the new place of military service, to places of use of rehabilitation leaves, on treatment and back, on the chosen residence in case of dismissal from military service, and the military personnel undergoing military service and cadets of the military professional educational organizations or military educational organizations of the higher education to the conclusion of the contract with them on passing of military service also to places of use of additional vacations (except for winter vacation leave);";
