Article 1. Article 204.35 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 17, 1998 (further – the Code) to recognize invalid.
Article 2. In article 204.36 of the Code:

Item 4 after the word "corresponding" to add 3) with the words "again appeared or".
Article 3. To state article 204.37 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 204.37. Initiation of legal proceedings on review of court resolution
1. The court, in stipulated in Item 2 articles 144 of the Code procedure, in one-month term after receipt of the claim, makes the decision on initiation of legal proceedings on review of court resolution on again appeared or new circumstances or on return of the claim.
2. The court, after decision making about initiation of legal proceedings on review of court resolution, properly sends to his face which made the claim and to persons participating in case, having specified time and the place of consideration of the claim.
3. The decision on initiation of legal proceedings on review of court resolution the court can suspend court resolution at the same time fully or partially.
4. The claim for review of court resolution returns if:
1) requirements, stipulated in Article 204.36 of this Code were not observed,
2) review of the court resolution specified in the claim is incompetent to that court to which the claim is addressed,
3) the claim is made with violation of the term provided for it by this Code, and person who made the claim did not provide the petition for its recovery,
4) before decision making about initiation of legal proceedings on review of the court resolution from the face which made the claim the application for its return was received,
