About modification and amendments in the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further – the Code) with Article 135.1 of the following content:
"Article 135.1. Preliminary mark of property right on property
1. For providing the requirement of registration of the property right which is subject to state registration based on the notification of the notary who certified the transaction, the registering body performs preliminary mark about property right on property.
2. The preliminary mark stops the subsequent registration provided by it.
3. Person about whose property the preliminary mark was performed can demand to remove it if the right provided with preliminary mark is stopped or the term established by the law for representation on registration of the rights arising from the transaction is passed.".
Article 2. In article 170 of the Code:
Item 1 of part 1 before the word "buildings" to add 1) with words of "parcel of land",
To add 2) with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) the right to real estate acquisition in the building under construction.".
Article 3. In article 224 of the Code:
Part 4 to state 1) in the following edition:
"4. Future apartment or the non-residential premise in the under construction apartment or subdivided building can be loaded by the right to real estate acquisition in the building under construction. The agreement on the right to real estate acquisition in the building under construction is subject to notarial assurance, and the right to real estate acquisition in the building under construction – registration.
The right to real estate acquisition in the building under construction extends also to the corresponding equity part of the parcel of land and the room public.".
