About modification and amendments in the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 19, 2015

Article 1. To state part 2 of Article 12 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further – the Code) in the following content:

"2. In case of non-compliance with requirements, stipulated in Item 1 this Article, court or arbitral the tribunal can refuse to person question of protection of its rights.".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 13 of the Code after the words "performs court" with the words "or arbitral tribunal (further-court)".

Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
