"4) in case of exceeding of the average oil price which developed for the period monitoring crude the Yurals brands in the world markets of oil raw materials (Mediterranean and Rotterdam) level 182, the 5th US dollar for 1 ton - in the amount of, not exceeding the amount 29, 2 US dollars for 1 ton and 42 percent (for all calendar months falling on the period from January 1 to December 31, 2016 inclusive), 30 percent (for all calendar months falling on the period since January 1, 2017) differences between the average price of the specified oil which developed for the period monitoring in US dollars for 1 ton and 182, the 5th US dollar.";
