Article 1. "The code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil" of November 28, 2011 to state heading of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-280-N (further - the Code) in the following edition:
"Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil".
Article 2. In all text of the Code of the word "the nature and the environment" and their case forms shall be replaced with words "environment" and their case forms.
Article 3. In article 7 of the Code:
1) part 3 to recognize invalid;

Article 5. To state Item 2 of part 3 of article 39 of the Code in the following edition:
"2) request for provisional estimate of impact for the environment, including program of nature protection actions".
Article 6. In parts 2 and 3 of article 40 of the Code shall be replaced with words the word "15-day" "to 30-day".
Article 7. Regarding the 4th article 40 of the Code shall be replaced with words the word "45-day" "to 60-day".
