About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility for violation of the guarantees established by the law to the workers who are called up for military service
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:
1) in part two of Article 265 of the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, Appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):
after the paragraph of the fourth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:
"non-compliance with the guarantees established by the law and privileges to the workers involved to fulfillment of duties, provided by the laws of Ukraine "About conscription and military service", "About alternative (not military) service", "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" - in tenfold size of the minimum wage established by the law at the time of identification of violation for each worker concerning whom violation is made".
With respect thereto the fifth to consider the paragraph the paragraph the sixth;
word in paragraph six "the second - the fourth" shall be replaced with words "the second - the fifth";
2) in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):
add Article 41 with part seven of the following content:
"Violation of the guarantees established by the law and privileges to the workers involved to fulfillment of duties, provided by the laws of Ukraine "About conscription and military service", "About alternative (not military) service", "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" -
attracts imposing of penalty on officials of the companies, organizations and organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership and physical persons entrepreneurs who use wage labor, from fifty to hundred free minima income of citizens";
in Article 221 of the word and figures "parts one - the fourth Article 41" shall be replaced with words "parts one - the fourth and seventh Article 41";
