ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 827 of September 10, 2010.

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 827 of September 10, 2010. "About the organization and functioning of bodies of probation" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 166-168, 907), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

In all text of the resolution and the Provision of the word "Central Bureau of Probation" shall be replaced with words 1) "The national inspectorate for probation" in the corresponding case;

2) in the Provision:

a) add Item 2 with the offer of the following content at the end: "The central bureau of probation is the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Justice";

b) in Item 5 after the word "Structure" to add with the words "and scheme of employment";

c) state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. The director directs national inspectorate for probation. The director is appointed to position and dismissed by the order of the Minister of Justice.";

d) in Item 13 to replace the word "Chief" with the word "Director", and the word", the deputy" shall be replaced with words "deputy directors";

e) state Item 13-1 in the following edition:

"13-1. The director of National inspectorate for probation is helped by two deputy directors who are appointed and dismissed according to the proposal of the director, the order of the Minister of Justice according to the current legislation. Deputy directors submit directly to the director and organize activities of National inspectorate for probation and territorial subdivisions within the established upolnomochiya.
