Changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2012 No. 381 "About approval of Rules of implementation of payment and the size of the money allocated for maintenance of child(children) transferred to foster tutors" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 522):

in Rules of implementation of payment and the size of the money allocated for maintenance of child(children) transferred to foster tutors, approved by the specified resolution:

exclude Item 3;

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. For purpose of the money allocated for maintenance of child(children), the foster tutor provides in the body performing functions on guardianship or custody (further - body) at the place of residence:

1) the statement for purpose of money according to appendix 1 to these rules;

2) the certificate of training of child(children) in the organization of education;

3) contract on transfer of child(children) for foster education.".
