About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of reduction of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of traditional knowledge", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on conditions and procedure for provision of the compulsory license on object of industrial property and its use" of December 24, 1998 No. 862 the following changes and amendments:
The name to state 1) in the following edition:
"About approval of the Regulations on conditions and procedure for provision of the compulsory license on object of industrial property, traditional knowledge and their use";
2) in Item 1 of the word "Regulations on Conditions and Procedure for Provision of the Compulsory License on Object of Industrial Property and Its Use" shall be replaced with words "Regulations on conditions and procedure for provision of the compulsory license on object of industrial property, traditional knowledge and their use";
3) in Regulations on conditions and procedure for provision of the compulsory license on object of industrial property and its use approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state the name in the following edition:
"Regulations on conditions and procedure for provision of the compulsory license on object of industrial property, traditional knowledge and their use";
- state Item 1 in the following edition:
