Make change to item 4 of the Procedure for carrying out recalculation of the pensions granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 13, 2008 to No. 45 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 12, Art. 301; 2009, No. 11, Art. 319, No. 99, Art. 3427; 2010, No. 29, Art. 1098; 2011, No. 84, Art. 3078, No. 99, Art. 3621; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249, No. 81, Art. 3272; 2013, No. 41, the Art. 1477), having replaced in the first offer of the word with "part two" words "parts two and third".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
