Article 3. Two parts 2 of article 23 of the Law after the word of "departments" to add the paragraph with words ", and also the managing departments of investment fund and managing departments of foreign investment fund created in the territory of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 4. This law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of its official publication.
