change in Kazakh is made to heading, the heading in Russian does not change;
change in the text in Kazakh is made to the subitem 2) of Item 3 and item 4 of the order, the text in Russian does not change;
in Regulations on the Department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Almaty region approved by the specified order:
16) and 17) of Item 5 to state subitems in the following edition:
"16) Sarkandsky district department. Servicing zone - the city of Sarkand, Sarkandsky, Aksusky areas;
17) Kapshagaysky city department. Servicing zone - the city of Kapshagay, Shengeldinsky and Zarechny rural districts, Kerbulaksky, Balkhash districts;";
state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. The main objectives of Department within Almaty region are:
1) participation in realization of state policy in the field of safety of the personality, society and the state;
2) getting of prospecting information for the benefit of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About foreign intelligence";
