About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure of transactions with checks in foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for registration of transactions with checks the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides No. 15-93:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure of transactions with checks in foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2000 No. 520, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 21, 2001 for No. 152/5343 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of payment systems (Lapko N. G.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work, and to banks of Ukraine - to data of clients.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Smoliya Ya. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
