About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 117
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 117 the following change and amendment:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- paragraphs two and third the subitem 2 of Item 7 to recognize invalid;
- add Item 8 with the paragraph the ninth the following content:
"-in accordance with the established procedure to open representative offices of the Ministry abroad for representation of interests of the Kyrgyz Republic in the economic sphere;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
