About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 117
For the purpose of determination of functions in the field of ensuring unity of measurements, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 117 the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add the subitem 5 of Item 7 with paragraphs the tenth, eleventh and twelfth the following content:
"-in accordance with the established procedure grants and withdraws the right to carrying out testing of measuring instruments and (or) certifications of standard samples for the purpose of approval of type and (or) checking of measuring instruments to legal entities;
- in accordance with the established procedure makes the decision on approval of standard as national standard;
- issues the certificate on approval of national standard in the established form;".
2. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
