Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine of July 19, 2013 No. 288 "About approval of forms of the reporting under the extraordinary tax on transaction on alienation of securities and transactions with derivatives and procedure for their filling", registered in the Ministry of Justice Ukraine on August 9, 2013 at No. 1372/23904.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk N. A.) provide:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Makeeva A. L. and Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Nasirov R. M.
