1. Make addition and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2015 No. 367 "About property acquisition" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.05. 2015, 5/40483):
to add subitem 1.2.1 of Item 1 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"not below the estimated value specified in appendix 2 to this resolution, lowered for 80 percent in case of recognition not productive or cancelled the auction held at the initial price established according to the paragraph the fourth this subitem;";
to exclude Item 3 of appendix 2 to this resolution;
1.2. in Item of 21 appendices to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 2015 No. 790 "About acceptance in republican property of property" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.09.2015, 5/41071) shall be replaced with words the words "in operational management" "in economic maintaining".
2. This resolution becomes effective co of day of its acceptance.
