About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2014

Article 1. "About licensing" to state the second paragraph of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-193 of May 30, 2001 in the following edition.

"This Law does not extend to licenses for export and (or) commodity importation for the purpose of foreign trade activity, to permissions (licenses) of use of the subsoil and natural resources which are considered as property of the state, and also on license agreements, concluded in the civil relations.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from coming into force of the agreement "About accession of the Republic of Armenia to the agreement of May 29, 2014 "About Eurasian economic community".
