About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Article 1. In article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-193 of May 30, 2001 "About licensing" (further – the Law):

Part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The fact of professional qualification of person shall be it is supported by the relevant documents issued by authorized body as a result of check in established by this law of professional qualification (certificates, diplomas or other stipulated by the legislation documents). In case of the requirement of professional qualification of physical persons according to the table of part 2 of article 43 of this Law, the copy of the documents confirming the fact of professional qualification of person shall be provided to the licensing body in five days prior to implementation of licensed activities, and their change – within 3 working days after their implementation, except for case of other requirements imposed to qualified persons when it is determined that qualified person shall provide also other conditions necessary for receipt of the license.".

Article 2. To recognize part 9 of article 14 of the Law invalid.

Article 3. To declare Item 3 of part 1 of article 28 of the Law invalid.
