About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Article 1. In article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-193 of May 30, 2001 "About licensing" (further – the Law):

1) to remove the words "also advertizes in mass media" from part 2,

Part 3 after words "allows" to add 2) with words of "submission of the request", to remove the words "15 days from the date of publication of the announcement in mass media", and shall be replaced with words the words "within 3 days" "within 3 working days",

Words of part 5 "for the third day after giving" shall be replaced with words 3) "within 3 working days after giving".

Article 2. In the Section "8. The sphere of power" tables of the types of activity which are subject to licensing of article 43 of the Law:

1) to remove the words "construction of network of transfer and distribution" from the first column of Item 1,

2) to remove the words "Construction and Reconstruction of Power Plants", "construction of network of transfer and distribution" from the first column of Item 2,

3) to remove the words "Construction and Reconstruction of Thermal Stations", "construction of network of transfer and distribution" from the first column of Item 3,

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
